What you'll do...

Are you a Doctor of Optometry looking to use your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic and innovative role? As a Senior Manager of Project Management leading OD Relations, Clinical Transformation, and Program Management, you will help drive the success of our optical and teleoptometry initiatives. With your deep understanding of the industry and clinical expertise, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that drive business results. This is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director Health & Wellness Strategy and Business Development.

We are a team of experienced leaders, optometrists, optical technicians, and teleoptometry specialists who are dedicated to providing high-quality services and solutions to our customers. Together, we will work to identify areas of improvement, implement innovative solutions, and continuously improve our processes to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager of Project Management leading OD Relations, Clinical Transformation, and Program Management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that drive business results.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project initiatives.

  • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, the required quality standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Providing clinical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure that projects are clinically sound and patient-centered.

  • Developing and managing budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.

  • Communicating project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.

3 years' project management experience.
