Senior Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights

As a Senior Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights , your expertise, vision and strategy will allow you to d evelop and drive business opportunities by identifying program and project opportunities; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the financial and physical performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams. Y ou'll make a direct impact on the business and help families all over the world save money and live better. What you'll do...

As a Senior Manager you will d rive processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements. You will collaborate with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights and d evelop business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data . Success in this role requires tenacity, an analytical mindset , influence, and a competitive spirit. You'll use your executive presence to work with teams at all levels and navigate interesting, complex challenges.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You enjoy owning and developing plans for highly complex strategy, supporting long term business plans and executing prioritized strategic initiatives

  • You are data savvy: you can analyze internal data, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment

  • You hav e working knowledge and expertise in data tools such as SAP, Tableau and Excel

  • You are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy dose of competition

You'll make an impact by:

  • Ensur ing business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives

  • Demonstrat ing up-to-date expertise in business analysis and advise on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices

  • Provid ing data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner and reporting on business strategies

  • B uilding relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives

  • Always looking for creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and customer experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or

related area OR 6 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
