Walmart Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy in Bentonville, Arkansas
Position Summary...
What you'll do...

We are looking for an entrepreneurial problem solver who enjoys creating and executing solutions. Be a part of an innovative team that is developing pricing strategies, building industry analytics and implement their recommendations at a scale that only Walmart can.
What You'll do: Focus on improving Walmart's leadership position in pricing by delivering a modernized approach to EDLP.
Own pricing strategy workstreams, driving results individually and as part of a team
Outline key strategic pricing initiatives for Walmart US total Merchandising
Collect and analyze data to support new and existing strategies across all departments, both in store and online
Evaluate existing KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and growth
Partner with teams across merchandising and operations to ensure end-to-end execution of our strategy
Develop and launch testing in partnership with data science to continually learn how we can better implement EDLP
Support the delivery of next-generation pricing products, tools and capabilities
Work with and influence executive leadership across Walmart pricing initiatives

Have experience in business analysis, product/program management, or consulting
Are a self-starter with an innovative mindset
Have excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Have the ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Are excellent with Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have a solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology
Have excellent written and verbal communication and cross functional relationship management Skills
Have a professional attitude, team player, work standards and service orientation
Have understanding of SQL, Dataiku or Python languages

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field and 4 years' experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related area OR 6 years' experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related area.
