Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Walmart Cross Border is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support Onboarding Operations/Operations Excellence for our fast-paced, cross-border operation. This position will support all aspects of Onboarding Operations, ranging from completing day-to-day tasks for new sellers onboarding into our program, solving issues as they arise, and working with sellers to process their applications in a timely manner. The primary objective for your Onboarding Operations work is to provide exemplary service to our sellers as the first step they encounter when onboarding onto our program. Your goal is to ensure the sellers have a seamless onboarding experience, free from any frustrations, and can swiftly begin transacting with our program. In terms of Operations Excellence, you will leverage your operations and analyst experience to identify business areas of opportunity and work to streamline procedures to clear up data issues. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who are comfortable with ambiguity and change, highly detail oriented, adept problem-solvers, and focused on driving results. You will use your communication skills, flexibility, professionalism, and business acumen to efficiently support our sellers.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
You are seller obsessed, constantly putting yourself in the shoes of a seller in the onboarding process and looking for ways to improve the operation and remove pain points for sellers.
You are a self-starter with a builder mindset, learning and figuring out how to do tasks more efficiently, and sharing that with your peers and leadership.
You possess superior communication skills, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously for both Onboarding Operations and Operations Excellence.
You'll make an impact by:
Managing the Seller Onboarding Process - Manage your daily tasks to ensure you are completing your assigned work in a timely manner to quickly onboard sellers onto our program. Work with partner teams such as operations, product, and program teams cross-functionally within Walmart to drive efficient onboarding operations, determining areas of opportunity, and driving them to closure.
Thinking Big - You understand the onboarding process, trends and how they relate to our program growth goals. You anticipate sellers' expectations and exceed them.
Driving Operations Excellence - Be able to dive into and deeply understand the data to identify where we have areas of opportunity. You will work with partner teams to determine solutions, assess the impact to the data, and continue to provide feedback until the opportunities are closed.
Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.
Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. You will provide leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.
