What you'll do...
This position is responsible for working supply chain critical facilities edge data center infrastructure projects, monitoring critical infrastructure, enforcing cyber and digital security, along with maintenance and operations functions across the US. Implementation and development of critical and emerging technologies. Meeting and consulting with business partners, managing vendors/ suppliers, supporting critical power and HVAC infrastructures.

Critical Power for Distribution Center Edge IT Deployments
What you'll do:
Provide day-to-day support of existing critical power systems and solutions by monitoring the health and performance of systems. Manage multiple small to medium sized projects. Be part of an on-call rotation.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive solutions for all deficiencies in the critical environments. Manage expectations and update stakeholders on issue resolution.
This person will manage service providers, ensure services are timely, meet quality expectations and make sure all contractual agreements are completed.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external multi-functional teams to support a wide variety technical task. Ensure schedules and customer expectations are met.
Implementation of technology objectives. Develop efficient methods to deliver different activities, Data processing and analytics, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Analyzes escalated or reoccurring issues to determine the root cause and improve team's way of working. Develops and drives solutions to ensure short- and long-term improvements.
Provide leadership and input for continuous ways for improvement, learning and teaching new digital tools and ways of working.
Individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
What you'll bring:
Critical facilities management and operations experience
Knowledge of critical power systems
Knowledge of HVAC systems used in critical facility environments.
Project management experience
Scheduling experience insuring customer and supporting your direct team
Ability to make Informed Judgments, multitask and set priorities.
A self-starting individual that holds themself accountable, supports innovation, is risk-taking, need for constant improve and exhibits resilience in the face of setbacks.
This position requires experience using Microsoft suite tools and the ability to function in a virtual work environment using tools i.e., Zoom, Teams
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System
Comfortable with constant change
