Acosta Group Supply Chain Analyst (Walmart) in Rogers, Arkansas

Rogers, AR – Hybrid , in office 4 days a week
You will provide replenishment analysis and create initiatives and strategies to optimize supply chain efficiencies within a designated department/category at Walmart Stores, Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enhance and support the Client’s partnership with the Walmart/Sam's Club replenishment manager and clients in the development of strategic plans for replenishment insights within the client/customer relationship
Work as integral part of the team assisting clients in presenting replenishment insights reviews to Walmart/Sam's Club
Archive and create infrastructure databases to support ongoing replenishment analysis for customers/clients Coordinate efforts between the Clients, and Walmart Stores, Inc. to ensure completion and/or resolution of time sensitive objectives. Examples include, but not limitedto:
Modular preparations for adds/deletes
In stock percentages
Engage with Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment managers and clients in the design, implementation and evaluation of policy settingsas needed. Examples include, but not limited to:
Rollback Preparation
Holiday Features/Promotions
Use customer specific systems that include Walmart’s Retail Link (CPFR, Decision Support, etc.) GRS and Host which are used to generate information for replenishment insights and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Work Experience
1 - 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Analytics preferred, some experience may be substituted for some of the above education.
1+ year previous supervisory or management experience a plus.
Retail Link Experience would be preferred.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
High degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets , word processing, e-mail, fax, and database management (Access).
Prior work experience in data analysis and customer systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate these systems.
High degree of proficiency in Walmart systems such as Luminate, Retail Link (CPFR, Decision Support, etc.) and GRS .
Fundamental understanding of Walmart Stores, Inc. supply chain operations .
