You will own and manage the business data product or insights delivery to envision, develop and execute strategy partnering with multiple teams across Functional Stakeholders, Enterprise Data Management, Data Platform, Data Service, Data Science, Data engineering, Visualization and End users. Leverage technology, process, and domain expertise in the Data and Analytics to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program; ensures outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. defines execution standards and processes.

The person works with functional users, data owners and applications team to deliver the solution and enable the business values through these data products.

Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes.

  • Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program.

  • Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope and timeline.

  • Analyzes, design and develops roadmap, design pattern, and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state in a cohesive strategic viewpoint.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.

  • Establish and maintain as a trusted advisor relationship within GE Healthcare Data & Analytics (data consumption eg DaaS, Data Analytics)

  • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality and specifying requirements in field of data analytics using data science methods and techniques (forecasting, regression, optimization, classification using neural network, random forest, ARIMA, XGBOOST etc) on cloud Sagemaker.

  • Drive obsolescence and migration to the new technology of the various data and analytics product and tools in the role area

  • Drive optimization and simplification efforts on the data platforms Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking.

  • Apply product philosophy around cost management, customer experience and capability rollout to ensure buy-in and adoption.

  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.

  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives.

  • Support in filling compliance gaps i.e. SRC, GxP, SOX, etc

  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.

  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level Ensure lessons learned are collected.

  • Perform initial and final financial reviews and ensure ongoing budget tracking.

  • Contributes to the development of data patterns and data delivery that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.

  • Engage collaboratively with project teams to support project objectives through the application of soun;d program principles.

  • Follow the required quality management procedures.

  • Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen

  • Identify risks, assumptions, and develop pricing estimates for the Data & Analytics solutions.

  • Work with the contract/vendor resources to deliver the solution and manage the technical resources work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 12+ years of experience

  • 6+ years working experience in managing program delivery in Big Data, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics or related areas like DaaS, Machine Learning

  • Functional experience with some/any of the following functions such as Finance, Treasury, Sourcing, Services operations, field service, commercial, marketing, and product management

  • Strong verbal & written communication at all levels of project stakeholders.

  • Demonstrable experience partnering with business managers to develop and deliver planned programs in data analytics domain.

  • Demonstrable skill of delivering analytics in modern data architecture (Massively Parallel Processing Database Platforms and Semantic Modelling)

  • Demonstrable knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one

  • Understands data quality and solves for application-level needs; DaaS, Data management tools / solutions.

  • Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum ore similar methodologies.

  • GB/BB/Lean- Able to use tools (Analytics, Six Sigma, Lean) and techniques to drive change.

  • Proactively learning new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends

  • Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product

  • Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions; Leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals

  • Influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization

  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals

  • A track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities

  • Team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources

  • Experience working with others on a global basis; Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

  • Analytical and problem solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
