This posting is Software Developer in the Core Pipeline Team within the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) . Work would involve developing/supporting solutions that would primarly be for BI Applications for the cloud.
Job Description:
Good knowledge of Core Java.
Experience on Spring/Hibernate/Rest-API
Should have worked on developing Rest Applications/Micro Services.Should have developed applications that are designed for the cloud.
Should be able to write SQL queries , PLSQL procedures and also have experience working with database through Java/(i.e. JDBC etc)
Experience in multi-platform development, including UNIX-based platforms and Windows.
Knowledge of Datawarehousing Fundamentals would be a bonus
Any experience with CICD/GIT is an added advantage.
Additional experience on Spark / Scala is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities.
*Design, develop, troubleshoot/support REST APIs/web services/Spark jobs with integration with the database
*Design, develop and automate builds using Jenkins/CICD
*Develop and support utilities for DevOps operations that include Docker/Kubernetes/Grafana etc.
*Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging, global environment
