Google Silicon Validation Engineer, Memory Subsystem Design in Bengaluru, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience with test and debug infrastructure or test/lab automation using scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl.

  • Experience with Computer Architecture and Memory Organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.

  • Experience with using Prototyping platforms like Emulators and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA).

  • Experience with power and performance measurement of System on a chip (SoC).

  • Work with Architecture, Design and product teams to understand requirements for fabric and cache controller.

  • Design and develop validation tests.

  • Drive the post silicon bringup and validation activities.

  • Develop post silicon validation or debugging tools.
