Oracle Senior Technical Analyst in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Oracle Fusion/On Prem ERP FIN Technical Architect -

  • The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

  • It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On Premise customers.

  • Senior Technical Architect tasked with

  • Work directly with Customers for

  • Advising on complex use of Oracle products

  • Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues

  • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others

  • Standardizing Customer Experience by putting support process in place

  • Automating support processes/ troubleshooting steps

  • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues

  • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Qualifications: Any professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/MCA/ MSc (Comp Science)).

Need to Have

  • In depth Apps technical architecture knowledge in at least 4 modules. Preferably the below combinations
  1. Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Tax

  2. Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL)

  3. Project Management (PPM), Budgeting, Forecasting, Project Billing

  4. Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Management (PPM), Procurement

  • Fusion certified in at least one of the above modules

  • In depth knowledge of API’s

  • Subledger accounting

  • Knowledge of Integrations

  • Trading Community Architecture

  • BIP/OTBI reporting

  • Solutioning Skills

  • Analytic Skills

  • Functional knowledge of the modules in the stated area of expertise

Good To Have

  • Experience in Fusion

  • OIC knowledge

  • Performance Tuning
