Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce developer to be part of this team responsible for developing the business needs features. You will be working with a group of strong engineers in a hyper-growth phase with expanded set of features working collaboratively both within and outside their teams. They collectively strive to build best-of-breed solutions for a company with a vision to imagine, design and create a better world. You will report to Engineering Manager. We will support hybrid jobs workplace type . You will work from Bangalore location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse complex business requirements and provide expert input on Salesforce solutions

• Work with the Architects and other principals within and other teams to help define scalable functionalities and through innovative designs provide high-quality development

• Write advanced code to implement complex custom functionalities using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components

• Oversee and participate in customisation efforts, making sure declarative tools like Flows and Workflow Rules are used effectively

• Implement complex integrations with other systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and connectors

• Work with team members spread in APAC and the US

• Develop complex data solutions within Salesforce, including data modelling, ETL processes, and data migrations

• Define advanced testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests for complex scenarios

• Manage complex deployments of Salesforce configurations and code, ensuring seamless transitions between environments

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of complex solutions, including technical specifications, data models, and release notes

• Lead efforts to monitor and optimise the performance of complex Salesforce applications, including code optimisation and query tuning

• Stay at the forefront of Salesforce technology by researching and evaluating new features, tools, and industry trends for potential adoption

• Collaborate with other senior team members, administrators, business analysts, and project managers to lead complex projects to successful completion

• Experience with Industry standard Repo tools like GIT

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud)

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Sales processes

• Experience of working on complex Sales Cloud project

• CRMA knowledge will be beneficial

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management

• Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and design patterns
