Job Description
The Oracle EHR Modernization Technical Program Management (TPM) Team provides end to end support to Oracle Modernization team on building out and releasing a complete platform supporting modernized, automated, AI Driven, customer centric healthcare functionality & workflows . The key objective of ‘Modernization – Clinical Reimagine’ project is to introduce an advanced and intelligent Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience. Our team is focused on modernizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to empower the front line of health care to work at the top of their license, focus more on patients and less on the computer, and achieve peak efficiency – supported by the power of generative AI and modernized applications. Our approach to modernizing is to invest in new capabilities that provide cutting-edge AI, user experience advancements, and offer open APIs for customers and third parties to create innovative, integrated solutions
The primary objective of the TPM team is to ensure that our EHR Modernization cloud services meet or exceeds the customer standards with highest quality and minimal delays.
We are hiring strong candidates for Technical Program Management team in our India Development Center (IDC) Bangalore Team.
Brief Posting Description : This position is for a Senior Technical Program Manager role for
· Giving support and guidance to teams working on engineering projects, from initiation through delivery. Assist the teams in planning the deliverables, keeping their work organized, visible to management, and on track to achieve on schedule and on scope completion. Provide project management support and direction.
· Working with TPM group to initiate and maintain Agile processes and procedures that guide and assist teams reaching their goals and help management achieve consistency and efficiency across the program.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting related to new & existing Modernization cloud services features / enhancements delivery. The Technical Program Manager sets milestones for each project, coordinates efforts between cloud operations / SRE, engineering and product management teams, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects/cloud services according to plan with self-servicing reporting and dashboards.
This position works with internal stakeholders to bring structure while implementing complex, project-based processes to bring increased efficiency in the delivery of all projects and services and in turn, enhanced customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Giving support and guidance to teams working on engineering projects, from initiation through delivery.
Producing project plans that outline the Project Management process and include: detailed estimates, a quality plan, key deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
Providing technical direction and support to the Engineering Teams (as required)
Monitoring progress against the Project Plan in order to deliver projects within scope and timeline
Assessing the impact of changes to the plan and finding ways to mitigate
Managing issues and risks within the scope of work, escalating as appropriate
Assist with the development of reports, defect reports, Identifying Gaps in following processes and reporting
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Analytical and Technical aptitude with the ability to solve complex problems
Proven flexibility and versatility in learning new technologies and adapting to new methodologies during the project phase, training and guiding teams

Desirable Skills :
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech University degree in Computer Science / EE / Management Science from reputed universities with consistently good academic record and equivalent experience
6-10 years of experience as Program Manager in leading large Infrastructure projects or Cloud services development or implementation projects.
Fundamental understanding of Cloud Technologies, CICD (Continuous Delivery Methodologies), Test Driven Delivery
Valid Industry acknowledged PM certification (PMI, six sigma)
Understanding of Agile Methodology, Scrum Principles
Exposure to Healthcare Domain and knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence experience is added advantage.
High level of customer focus and sense of responsibility
Result oriented individual with ability to motivate and lead your cross- teams to get things done
Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Assertiveness, personal drive and creativity.
Analytical and methodical way of work
Additional requirements:
Experience: Overall experience of 6-10 years in a reputed Enterprise Cloud Services organization
Good communication skills
Agile certification desirable: PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
