Amazon Senior GTM Manager, Media, LCS Ad Sales in Bengaluru, India

Description

Amazon is building it's media ads business in India. Our media ad product offerings include miniTV ads, DSP video ads, Fire TV ads and Alexa ads. There are also brand solutions that go beyond plain advertising towards content, integrations and activations. Over the next few years, we plan to aggressively grow our media business in India. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about brand solutions and digital media.

We are looking for a highly accomplished professional to be a part of the media ads Go To Market (GTM) and sales strategy team. You will work closely with the respective sales teams to streamline GTM. This will include building GTM narratives for our media ad products overall, customizing narratives backwards of advertiser needs, co-owning pitches with the sales teams, tracking and socializing inputs and outputs at a category/ account level, knowledge sharing through case studies & best practices, executing new pilots & initiatives and most importantly understanding and sharing voice of advertiser with product & business teams.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Build GTM narratives for media ad products

  2. Customize narratives backwards of advertisers

  3. Co-own pitches with the sales teams

  4. Tracking and socializing inputs and outputs at a category/account level

  5. Knowledge sharing through case studies & best practices

  6. Execute new pilots & initiatives

  7. Understand and share voice of advertiser with product & business teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building customer relationships

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion

  • 5+ years in sales/revenue strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Experience in TV buying and video buying

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape

  • Knowledge of key buyers of global video, display and content advertising solutions
