Wells Fargo Senior Business Execution Consultant (Senior AVP) in Bengaluru, India

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Broad Understanding of Wholesale Treasury Management Products & Services , from large US banks perspective.

  • Broad Understanding of US-ACH, Foreign Exchange, Institutional Investments, Cash Vault Operations, Payments & Receivables .

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Owner Role in Banking Captive, Financial Services, or Banking Product Development.

  • Firsthand experience in writing User Stories, Requirement Analysis & Traceability.

  • Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing - Functional Testing) and Defect Management.

  • Comfortable with Agile Terminology – Usage of JIRA Dashboards & Reporting.

  • 4-5 years of experience using Agile Delivery Methodology , including requirements gathering, feature management, story creation and approval.

  • Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Act as a Product Owner for Global Treasury Management – Enrollment Tools, a set of 6-7 Enterprise Applications.

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work.

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.

  • Be accountable for Scrum Team deliverables and KPIs. Monitor and measure progress on user story delivery and sprint team velocity. Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

  • Liaison with US Product Teams, US & India Technology Teams, and Global Treasury Management Business Users.

  • Conduct/ Attend Daily Stand-up Calls with Development Teams, document minutes/action items and do follow ups as needed.

  • Expand high level requirements into User Stories for Technology teams to understand, prior to development.

  • Determine Acceptance Criteria for the User Stories.

  • Perform UAT (Manual Functional Testing) and provide signoff on behalf of Product Team.

  • Prepare periodic status report on the projects and update stakeholders.

  • Hybrid Work Model with 3-4 Days in Office (as per prevailing mandate).

  • Work Timings - Weekdays- EMEA Shift - 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST - Timings are subject to change accordingly to project needs.
