Oracle Senior Associate Delivery Consultant in BENGALURU, India

Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Delivery Consultant to support our training and end-user departments within the healthcare IT domain. The ideal candidate will serve as the first response to issues related to the Train Domain, coordinate and manage domain refresh processes, and communicate effectively with various training teams to ensure smooth operations. This role involves managing user accounts, ensuring domain patient population accuracy, and using specialized tools for population tasks, all while supporting ongoing communication during and after domain refresh activities.
Key Responsibilities:
First Response Support : Serve as the initial point of contact for end-users and training departments using the Train Domain, addressing inquiries, issues, and providing timely solutions.
Coordinate Domain Refreshes : Collaborate with the concerned teams (OHH) to schedule and manage the upcoming and needed Train Domain reference copies. Ensure all related tickets are handled appropriately, including the removal of Citrix storefront icons during the refresh, scheduling gold copy processes, and implementing fresh ‘n scripts.
Communication with Training Teams : Maintain ongoing communication with key training departments (CED, RevCycle, and EMR Edu) regarding upcoming domain refreshes. Provide updates during the refresh and communicate the completion of tasks and activities related to the refresh.
De-Production Process : Work with the team to coordinate and manage the deProd process to ensure that all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Patient Population Management : Oversee the population of domain patient data as required by training departments, including the following:
Registering, scheduling, and clinically populating data for approximately 1,000 patients per domain refresh.
Ensuring that arriving appointments, clinical data/charting, orders, results, and message center inboxes are populated according to the training department’s specifications.
User Account Management : Manage and activate TRN user accounts for each security position, ensuring the most up-to-date preferences and privileges are applied. This includes overseeing the activation of 500+ user accounts.
Utilize TDG Population Tool : Leverage the TDG population tool to manage patient data population, recognizing and addressing the limitations of this tool. Where necessary, manually populate patient data in RevCycle and PowerChart to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
Several years of progressive and deep knowledge in Millennium EHR tool and backend processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adjust quickly to client needs and handle escalations with professionalism and tact.
Ability to understand the learning needs of the client and the use of the Train domain.
Available during US CST business hours during specified training periods. Will also need to be available after training from 08-5pm CST for follow up issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and update multiple stakeholders, including training teams and end-users.
Preferrably someone with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or a similar role, with familiarity in managing domain refreshes, patient population tasks, and training support.
