Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in a DevOps role and a strong understanding of the software development process and experience with Agile way of working. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our software is released quickly and reliably, with a focus on automation, scalability, and security.
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing systems.
Collaborate with developers to optimize the build and deployment processes.
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with working on fully Agile teams.
Basic experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Openshift).
Hands on experience with build and deployment automation using Jenkins’s pipeline.
Hands on experience with Unix shell scripting to automate task.
Hands on experience with groovy scripting.
Hands on experience with git.
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Communication
Strong oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with multi-functional teams.
Teamwork
- Strong teammate who is comfortable working on a variety of projects using diverse technologies
