Google Product Manager, Workspace Administration Reporting and Insights Platform in Bengaluru, India
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience in product management in a technology company.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent communication, people, and presentation skills.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
The Business Insights Platform (BIP) team analyzes signals generated across the Google Workspace applications. We develop and maintain a platform that delivers real-time insights to Workspace administrators.
Our reports empower customers to understand the full spectrum of user activity within their organization, including who is taking what actions, when, where, and why. This level of visibility enables data-driven decision making, optimizes Workspace utilization, and directly contributes to Google's business growth.

Gather insights into customer needs, pain points, and competitive offerings to inform product development.
Translate customer needs and market trends into a prioritized roadmap of features and enhancements.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product specifications, user experience, and technical architecture.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new features and drive adoption of reporting products.
Track key metrics and gather customer feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
