Boeing Global Services Supplier Management Team is currently looking for an Procurement Agent (Entry to Associate level) to join the team in Bangalore, India . This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.

This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure material availability while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures. The ability to multi task & deliver within timelines is essential. Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, SAP understanding is preferred. The candidate will have excellent communications skills and Supplier Engagement Acumen. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership at all levels of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Updates the line item notes, revises dates, participates in Supplier calls at the direction of the SBM

  • Resolves supplier issues at the direction of the SBM

  • Communicates to internal stakeholders as status is requested

  • Communicates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues at the direction of the SBM

  • Works in, updates, and manages work in the SAP system

  • Carries out analysis of the Open Order Report to find trends or data

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor degree with 1-5 years of experience

  • Hands on towards Procure to Pay Process in SAP MM

  • Analytical Skills

  • Exposure to Global Business Interactive Environment

  • Flexibility in Work hours due to Sites in Europe and US

  • Go-Getter and Team Oriented Person

  • High Level of Integrity and Dependability

  • Hands on experience with Procurement Platforms and Tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior working experience in Aerospace Industry is preferred.

  • Proven Soft Skills with Proactive Attitude
