Oracle’s Financial Services Financial Crime & Compliance group is responsible for development, marketing and successful adoption of our Financial Crime & Compliance Software. Our market leading financial crime and compliance software suite is used by leading financial institutions globally and underpins Customer Onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering and Enterprise Fraud systems at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate having 10-12 Years of experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Rest Assured , Jenkins, JMeter) and scripting languages ( Python/ Java/ Shellscript).

  • Validated experience in testing SaaS applications/re-engineering on-premises applications for migration to Cloud.

  • Good exposure to CI/CD tools such as Gitlab , DevOps pipelines, Gitlab runner, and Jenkins

  • Hands on experience in API testing and database testing

  • Good experience with Cloud technologies- for deployment and maintenance of Infrastructure as well as applications ( Docker Containers, Kubernetes)

  • Experience in Security testing is an add on.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the FCCM -QA team, you will be responsible for the following –

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories including but not limited to integration, system, usability, and regression testing.

  • Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes for both new and existing products.

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements, understand software functionalities, and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance, including advancements in automated testing, to continuously improve testing strategies.
