Job Description

This position reports to the Skyworks’ IT organization supporting our global SuccessFactors platform, primarily within Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central. The Senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant will be responsible for the technical solution design and system configuration, hereunder requirement gathering, recommending optimizations, and implementation. The position will require a strong analytical mindset and deep experience with managing technical projects in order to identify and realize opportunities in our current processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to impact Skyworks’ global system in collaboration with fellow IT and HR team members.

Experience and Skills

  • Extensive experience in leading SuccessFactors RCM/RMK, ONB 2.0 and EC implementation and support projects.

  • Should be SAP/SuccessFactors Certified Associate and should hold ACTIVE certification.

  • Extensive experience with like Data Models, Job Requisition DM, Candidate Profile Template, Applicant DM, Detailed Offer Letter.

  • Experience with BTP and system integrations.

  • Experience architecting, planning, managing, delivering, implementing, supporting, training, administering and/or monitoring in any of SAP integration solutions.

  • Experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance a plus.

  • Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Great documentation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms.

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering or Science) or equivalent education, technical training, and experience.

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is a must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical administration of one or more SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central) including maintenance, configuration, and testing. Provides recommendations on configuration enhancements, process changes, and new functionality.

  • Lead change requests, hereunder requirement specification, consultancy with business stakeholders, and implementation.

  • Lead the management of SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and SAP S4/HANA integrations to/from internal and external systems. This will include working with external vendors, coordinating with business partners, project managers, and IT teams.

  • Present solutions and options to project teams and other stakeholders adapting style to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Configure and develop SuccessFactors business objects within prescribed SAP guidelines in support of regulatory and business requirements.

  • Independently manage Picklist management, propagation, business rules and workflows in SuccessFactors.

  • Collaborate with HR Technology leadership to define roadmaps and ensure that priorities are cross-functionally aligned.

  • Work closely with functional teams to understand and transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solutions.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, AMS, project managers, and IT teams to ensure projects and initiatives are managed appropriately.

  • Analyze integration errors, troubleshooting and implement resolutions.

  • Partner with team members and stakeholders working in different time zones in US, MX, SG, JP, and international countries.

  • Drive technical conversations with vendors as well as internal and external development teams.

  • Create and lead the execution of test strategy between HR and third-party integrations.

Management Skills

  • Experience with people management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of successful project management

  • Experience managing budgets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position.

  • Normal hours of work are Monday through Friday.

  • Flexibility to work in support of Global Operations when needed.
