Preparation/updating of project schedule based on baseline schedule.

Preparation of weekly deliverables.
Preparation of management presentations
Supervision of project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Recording and managing project issues and escalating whenever necessary to the Construction Manager/ Project Lead.
Preparing & Circulating of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and Daily labor reports.
Follow up on project deliverables from site team.
Ensure documents are maintained
Maintaining Drawing Log, issuing drawings to vendors and maintaining & filing drawings.
Preparation of project MOM’s & circulating the same
Support & coordinating with site team for project documentation.
Maintain RFI tracker, drawing register / Tracker, risk register, Hinderance register, delay log register, Agenda & MOM register for the project.
Maintaining all progress trackers of project & ensure its religiously shared to all stakeholders.
Highlighting the bottleneck of projects for the site team and alarming in advance.
Complete Coordination : Getting Mockups and samples from contractors for approvals from consultants
Follow-up and coordination with team and vendors for Specific Schedules and compiling them with Master Construction Schedule.
Responsible for establishing site level communication
Educational Qualification
B.E/B. Tech in Civil/Electrical
MBA/master’s in project/Construction Management (full time) is preferred.
Years of Experience
07-15 years of prior experience in project management for commercial/residential/industrial/data center is preferred.
Should have good exposure in project & construction management/ planning.
