Oracle Oracle Fusion Technical/ Techno-Functional Consultant in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

As a Sr. Application Service Excellence Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and valuable Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities

Job duties are varied and complex applying independent judgment. May have project lead role. Experience with Core products or five years experience with Applications products and have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) proven professional/ technical experience, i.e., demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle)

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and other applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Configure and maintain technical components of Oracle Fusion Financials, including integrations, workflows, and data migrations.

  • Create and manage reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, and other reporting tools.

  • Develop REST/SOAP APIs, scripts, and custom code for integrations with third-party applications.

  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database structures.

  • Proven experience in creating custom reports, extensions, integrations, and APIs.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion technical architecture, security, and configuration management.

  • Ensure data integrity within Oracle Fusion Financials, conducting regular checks and performing data reconciliation.

  • Manage data loads and migrations as needed during upgrades or system changes.

  • Collaborate with functional teams and business users to understand and resolve technical issues that impact business operations.

  • Act as a technical expert and provide guidance on complex Oracle Fusion Financials technical issues.

  • Monitor the health of Oracle Fusion Financials modules and integrations, ensuring system availability and performance.

  • Proactively identify potential technical issues before they impact business operations.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion technologies such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and ADF.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
