As a SaaS Finance Functional Implementation Specialist on this team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will design, Configure and test specific Functional business needs, as well as assist in data migration and system integrations to ensure a seamless implementation. You will work as part of a team, creating comprehensive technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

  • BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred,

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementation.

  • Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation.

  • Must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX and PSA.

  • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Implementation experience in Purchasing, Projects Portfolio modules, working knowledge of SQL.

  • Ability to influence and build cooperative relationships with executives and technical specialists.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively in escalated technical and functional situations.

  • Strong listening skills to identify core issues and develop action plans to resolve them swiftly.

  • Self-starter, able to work well with minimal supervision, and detail-oriented with a process-oriented approach.

  • Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team.

  • Open to work in shifts
