Amazon Marketing Associate, Brand & Creative Team in Bengaluru, India

Description

The Amazon Fashion team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Marketing Associate who is interested in guiding key business decisions.

The individual would be part of the Brand & Creative team at Amazon Fashion & Beauty, and play a key role in driving execution across various work-streams in content, curation, creative operations and marketing, and support senior managers in day to day marketing operations involving traffic, customer, creative requirements & brand marketing work-streams. The individual should be able to multi-task while coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams, extracting & organizing data and support creation of reports.

Key job responsibilities

  • The Primary responsibility of the role is to perform marketing operations to improve visibility.

  • The role will require the candidate to quickly understand the marketing tools and operations around creative requirements

  • Collaborating with Editorial, Marketing, Merchandising, Studio Production and Creative departments to create and report metrics for different workstreams

  • Monitoring creative requests for different workstreams within Amazon Fashion (Onsite, Associate traffic channels, Social media) and track delivery SLAs

  • Assisting managers in preparing creative roadmap for a financial year (event calendar, editorial budget, intake process etc.) and exploring new avenues to introduce automation, for improving customer experience

  • External stakeholder management- including automation agencies, creative agencies, production agencies for day-to-day support on creative operations

  • Coordinating on horizontal marketing tasks with multiple stakeholders, internal teams and marketing POCs to drive day to day closures on tasks related to marketing campaigns running on and off the Amazon app.

  • Work on different dashboards, write & run SQL queries, extract and triangulate data from multiple data sources to present a coherent & accurate view to marketing managers and to leaders for business reviews.

  • Support program and marketing managers with growing the overall business through critical decisions based on data analysis and business insights.

  • Deep Dive and Advanced Analytics – Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity to help marketing, product and category functions create higher business impact

  • Attention to detail, ability to do in-depth data mining, methodical approach to work while also seeking to understand the big picture

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience

  • Bachelor's degree
