The RPA Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and RPA solutions to address complex business challenges and opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial systems, accounting, and planning processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The RPA Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize business processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges and opportunities.
Implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Understand organization technological capabilities to identify opportunities to optimize functionality across teams.
Participate in special projects involving the enhancement and upgrade of financial systems as well as integrations related to business combinations and new application implementations, which includes strategic development of technology enhancements, end user support, system troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, all aimed at business process and system optimization.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate self-service integration capabilities.
Work closely with local and global IT, local and global Process Owners and other support teams that maintain data or monitor system accessibility to end users.
Conduct thorough End to End testing of automated solutions to identify and rectify any errors or inefficiencies.
Maintain proper documentation for automated solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
Regularly assess and enhance existing automation processes to optimize efficiency and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Develop and maintain a robust RPA governance framework to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of RPA solutions to support business growth and transformation.
PowerBI and other report automation
Knowledge of Power Automate
Familiar with IQ Bot with Automation Anywhere.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Automation Anywhere.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data manipulation techniques.
Understands different RPA tool capabilities to solve problems during development and deployment.
Exposure to financial systems and understanding of financial processes.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
Certification in RPA, Snowflake, MySQL or Power BI.
Prior experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Application.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to financial and healthcare data is desirable.
