Aon's strategy and technology group (STG) brings insights and software together to help insurers and reinsurers make better business decisions.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Incumbent would be responsible to produce accurate Epic requirements through engagement and collaboration with stakeholders, use the 3-amigo approach to ensure user stories are ready for development and write up acceptance criteria using Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strong experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Create artifacts to help articulate the user stories and acceptance criteria i.e:
use cases,
process maps,
data models,
user interface designs
Support the product owner and help prioritise deliverables.
Help define improvements to business processes.
Support the project team throughout the development lifecycle.
Negotiating alternative options or approaches to meet requirements.
Maintaining a requirements catalogue to avoid scope deviation.
Assist in running agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data; Confident and self-driven individual; has Can-Do attitude; Ability to work in teams and do multi-tasking; ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
