Aon Reinsurance Solutions is the world’s leading reinsurance intermediary and full-service capital advisor. Reinsurance Solutions Analytics offers clients industry-leading Catastrophe Management, Impact Forecasting, Rating Agency Practice, Product Development and Research, Actuarial & ReMetrica support.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Incumbent would be responsible to support the production of financial reports using various external and internal data sources and provide Rating Agency advisory services to Aon clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 5- 4 years of work experience in financial analysis, financial modeling and/or related work experience at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediary or consulting firm.

  • Support analysis of data by business, industry, geography, products/services, client size, and other relevant business segmentations.

  • Help identify companies in the market that have issues with growth/capital/share price performance that Aon can target as potential clients.

  • Keep abreast of industry news and support conducting competitor analysis,

  • Work on Capital Models and ability to interpret the results

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Proficiency in the use of MS-office, Access, SQL, desired, but not mandatory

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data; Confident and self-driven individual; has Can-Do attitude; Ability to work in teams and do multi-tasking; ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of P&C insurance statutory accounting / financial data

  • Capable of programming in VB/VBA.

  • CFA Level 1 or 2 is desirable
