Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Supply Chain

Job Description: Fluke Corporation is looking for a versatile Business Systems Analyst for Oracle ERP Applications Supply chain modules, who can play a significant role in the software development cycle, collecting requirements and directing the activities of the design team. As an Oracle EBS functional expert, you'll drive the design and configuration of cutting-edge processes in the Supply chain domain, leveraging your expertise to enhance systems and exceed customer expectations

  • Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Supply chain and manufacturing Modules (OM, Advanced Pricing, WMS, Inventory, Supply/Demand Planning, BOM, Procurement etc..) driving efficiency and innovation

  • Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face

  • The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is extremely self-motivated, and can quickly learn our proprietary code base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key team members to analyze needs and solution requirements

  • Create a collaboration framework, lead development, business and IT teams

  • Build and own functional, technical design specifications and data flows

  • Create a solution prototype and solution development control

  • Participate in technology selection, lead external vendors

  • Lead transition and organizational change

  • Work as part of a team within a project management/agile delivery methodology

  • Participate in strategic initiatives and projects

  • Support solution planning including estimation of implementations, upgrades and migrations

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices

  • Support and maintain standards for Oracle solutions and frameworks

  • Management and oversight for delivery of solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/supply chain applications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations (Supply chain/Manufacturing modules) preferably on Oracle R12

  • Having experience with at least 2 Oracle EBS implementations(R12) in supply chain modules like OM, Inventory, Warehouse management, Demand and Supply Planning is highly desired

  • Strong desire to learn Oracle Fusion applications is a plus

  • Strong functional knowledge, setups and features and well versed with end-to-end test cycles

  • Knowledge on EDI processing and understanding on SQL queries and any other technical tools/concepts is a plus.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain Information Security and SOX compliance

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
