Preschool Teacher Assistant Float - Bemidji If you have a high school diploma or GED, you ll need to earn your CDA credential or state-awarded certificate during your first two years with us. We ll pay for it and help you do it. If you have one of these certifications, an Associate s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood Education, you re already qualified. Position involves floating between classrooms as needed. Classrooms could include all BICAP EHS and HS classrooms and sites, including JW Smith Elementary. Full-time, 40 hours/week, 10-month school year, mid-August 2024 through May 2025. $15.42-$16.49/hr, depending on qualifications, with benefits during the school year.
