Established hospitalist program with full staff support
Join a team of 7 hospitalists

Inpatient admissions/year: 6,655
Average census: 13-15 patients/hospitalist
Block scheduling: 7 on/off
12 hour shifts
Full time- 15 shifts/month
Shifts: 7a-7p; swing shift; 7p-7a
Wide scope of practice with the opportunity to perform procedures
Strong social work/case management support
14 bed open ICU; 48 med/surg beds; 15-telemetry; 6-observation
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,803 - $343,980 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
