What you'll do: Directly supervise classroom staff: Provide coaching, observation, and constructive feedback. Coordinate support services: Ensure children and families receive the resources they need to thrive. Build family partnerships: Encourage active participation in the Head Start program. Monitor classrooms and services: Ensure adherence to performance standards and licensing regulations. Lead team meetings: Collaborate with staff, family advocates, and support personnel. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Wages: You ll be eligible for a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in the community. Full-time, 40 hours/week, $22.51/hr. depending on qualifications, with benefits. Year-round position. Potential Schedule: Monday Thursday 7am 4:30pm Friday 8am 12.
