Concordia Language Villages Distribution Center Purchasing Assistant (Bemidji, MN) in Bemidji, Minnesota
We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: purchasing, warehouse or retail experience, retaruant or grocery experience, database or related experience. You Will: -Assist with making purchases from major food suppliers. -Assist with sourcing and purchasing specialty food products. -Work with chefs to place order for upcoming programs and special events. -Purchase products from local suppliers. -Track inventory and assist with managing products in the warehouse and kitchens. -Fullfill orders for Village Kitchens and make deliveries. -Providing Team Support through Work Coordination Work with our different camp locations to garner feedback concerning the baked products. -Ensure an organized and clean food service work areas are maintained to Minnesota Food Code and Concordia Language Villages standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
