Your Role and Responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um Assistente de RH dedicado para integrar nossa equipe de Recursos Humanos, com foco específico no processo de resciso de contratos de trabalho. O candidato ideal deve ter conhecimentos sólidos em calculos rescisórios, legislaço trabalhista aplicavel a rescisões, e habilidades intermediarias em informatica, especialmente em softwares automatizados de folha de pagamento. Familiaridade com os sistemas FPW ou SAP PY e pratica avançada em Excel so altamente desejaveis.

Responsabilidades:

• Executar todo o processo de resciso contratual, desde o calculo das verbas rescisórias até a emisso da documentaço necessaria.

• Assegurar que todos os procedimentos de resciso estejam em conformidade com a legislaço trabalhista vigente.

• Realizar calculos rescisórios, incluindo aviso prévio, férias proporcionais, 13º salario proporcional, saldo de salario, entre outros.

• Manter-se atualizado sobre mudanças nas leis trabalhistas que possam impactar o processo de resciso e aplicar essas mudanças conforme necessario.

• Utilizar softwares de folha de pagamento, como FPW ou SAP PY, para processar rescisões de forma automatizada e eficiente.

• Gerar relatórios e analises em Excel relacionados ao processo de resciso, garantindo preciso e clareza nos dados.

• Auxiliar na comunicaço com colaboradores sobre os detalhes do processo de resciso, fornecendo esclarecimentos e suporte necessarios.

• Colaborar com a equipe de folha de pagamento para garantir que todas as rescisões sejam processadas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experiência prévia em RH, com foco em processos de folha de pagamento e resciso de contrato.

• Conhecimento em calculos rescisórios e legislaço trabalhista voltada para resciso.

• Habilidades intermediarias em informatica, com ênfase em Excel e sistemas automatizados de folha de pagamento (preferencialmente FPW ou SAP PY).

• Atenço aos detalhes e capacidade de lidar com informações confidenciais de forma ética e profissional.

• Boa comunicaço, tanto escrita quanto verbal, e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
