The Stratasys Summer Internship Program is designed to give interns a holistic view of what Stratasys has to offer from a multitude of departments. Our 12-week paid program begins in May and goes through mid-August. During the program, interns are embedded in real-time projects, which they contribute to or even lead depending on their experience level. Our campus team helps to educate, train, and grow our interns through monthly activities such as 3D printing training, lunch & learn seminars, and coffee talks with department leaders. We also host off-site team-building activities to promote networking among the group through volunteer events.
The Project Management Intern will support our project management function. You will help develop and maintain project plans, schedules and documentation, take meeting notes, and schedule meetings and organize files. The intern will also learn and use project management tools and shadow experienced team members.
Location : Remote or Belton, TX
What you will be doing:
Assist in updating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Track project progress and report on milestones and deadlines
Take meeting notes and distribute key action items to team members
Support team coordination by scheduling meetings and organizing files
Help identify and resolve minor issues or risks under supervision
Learn and use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, MS Project)
Perform administrative tasks to support the project team
Shadow experienced team members to understand project workflows
Must have for this role:
Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with project management software
Prior internship experience
Strong problem-solving skills
