Stratasys is looking for a Finisher that will produce end quality prototype models ensuring they meet company standards using a variety of hand tools.
In this role, you will be utilizing customer files to view part details and following instructions on work orders.
What you will be doing:
Detail parts through part break out, removing support structures, sanding, and detailing model surfaces
Review files of each part assigned and follow work order instructions
Touching parts up if needed before turning in finished work
Performs basic operations of a tumbler, bead blaster, and wet blaster
Use a variety of basic electric and hand tools
Must have for this role:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Math skills
Basic computer skills
Experience working with hands
Good mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship
Previous measurement experience using hand tools or working assemply line
Previous experience working with shop equiptment including drill press, ahnd drills, sanders, uv lighting, etc.
Ability to work independetly and with a partner
Fast learner willing to accept feedback to improve on performance to meet customers requirements
Feels comfortable asking questions when in doubt
Ability to work 1 weekend day
Nice to have:
1+ years of experience manufacturing end-use parts
Experience with precise measurement equipment
Exposure to reading blueprints
Travel required: none
