Aerotek Machine Operator in Beloit, Wisconsin

This company is the largest Soy Sauce manufacturer in the U.S. All different kinds of Soy sauce & Marinades
Pay:
-1st: $23.47
-2nd: $24.47
-3rd: $24.47
Premium on 2nd and 3rd shift will increase by 1.50 an hour starting on April 1st which will get each of those payrates to $25.97 an hour STARTING
Machine Operators will be working in the Bottling Department. There are conveyors that will move the product (bottles of Soy sauce) down the line and operators will ensure that each bottle is filled correctly while also making note that each cap and label is on the bottle correctly. Operators will monitor Food Production Machinery each day as well and help troubleshoot issues that happen throughout the day.
Looking for operators to be Mechanically inclined as there are a lot of machines in the facility. Candidates are not required to have Food Production in work history, but it is nice to have.
