High School Math Teacher
Location: Beloit, WI
Salary: $40/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our team in Beloit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and curriculum guidelines.
Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification for high school math.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Experience working with high school students is preferred.
