About the role
While our North American Headquarters is located in Beloit, Wisconsin, your office (and you) can be anywhere in the United States! This role is fully remote, with up to 80% domestic travel. The Change Lead is responsible for leading Kerry’s change management focused project activities and for integrating change management tasks of other project workstream plans/tasks.
This is a Growth Role with a path to Plant Manager and many other opportunities within Kerry! This role offers the opportunity to work with partners at all levels across the organization, embed yourself in many different technologies in a short period of time, this is an exciting program for those who have a passion for continuous improvement.
Fully accountable for the delivery and progression of the 1Kerry Plant Transformation Program:
Ensure program initiatives are appropriately resourced and set up for success.
Manage risks and remove blockages that might impact delivery.
Lead out on the 1Kerry Plant diagnostic work:
- Work closely with Plant Management, Site CI Leads and our external partner to conduct the diagnostic analysis, in order to assess current state performance using the three lenses of the 1 Kerry Plant Transformation – Operating System, Management System, People System.
Facilitate future state design work within a plant transformation wave:
Work closely Plant Management & Site CI Leads to surface improvement opportunities emerging from the diagnostic work, conduct design workshops to identify future state design solutions tailored to improve performance.
Generate the project charter and identify resources to sustainably delivery the 1Kerry Plant Transformation.
Coach and mentor the Site Leadership Team and Senior Stakeholders.
Ensure each site is using a standardized set of key performance indicators (KPI’s):
Standard meeting governance that supports delivery of the metrics.
Performance gaps identified and trended with actions required to improve.
Alignment of the site KPI structure with functional and global metrics.
Act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels to affect the required CI culture:
Facilitate the education of the team in the principles, philosophies and tools of CI.
Collaborate with counterparts within and outside the regions to ensure consistency among processes and procedures.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in business
2-3 years’ experience implementing change within an organization/ function in a transformational way.
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the process to support this
Project management experience (includes project planning, scoping, RACI management)
Ability to build relationships with a broad spectrum of Kerry & external stakeholders to develop an end-to-end change approach
Be able to advise on communication essentials such as language, tone and channel
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Ability to travel up to 80%
