Tri-Rinse Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Belmond, Iowa
Second Shift Available
Competitive Wages: Up to $30/hourly (based on experience) + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift

We are seeking highly motivated Production Supervisors for our Belmond, IA location, to ensure a team/production line safely meets or exceeds production requirements and customer quality expectations. Responsible for managing flow and processes in assigned work center and coaching/training team members as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS:
Ensure equipment associated with production line is properly shut down at end of day and set up properly before start of shift.
Provide technical troubleshooting of processes, equipment and products and consult with assigned maintenance team member regarding equipment malfunction, repair, and/or replacement.
Audit area to ensure proper tools and equipment are available and in correct location.
Ensure customer quality specifications are achieved through regular auditing and quality checks.
Ensure production quotas are achieved, identify gaps in production volume, make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure production line is kept clean and organized, including finished goods, work in process, raw materials, and all tools and equipment needed to run the line.
Utilize the skills of team members in an appropriate manner that leverages their strengths.
Coach, develop and motivate individuals on the team and ensure all team members are accurately trained and qualified to run all areas of the work center.
Work closely with the area supervisor on addressing employee recognitions and development opportunities.
Report/communicate all unsafe behavior. (Near miss, spills, and incidents).
Complete all daily paperwork requirement completely, correctly, and on time.
What makes you the right fit?
You have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), even better if you have some college!
You have been in leadership roles or had leadership responsibilities for at least 3 years before.
You can demonstrate a high level of leadership skills to motivate and lead a team.
If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that is a big plus!
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You can demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills primarily focused on Microsoft Office software like Excel.
You are highly aware of health and safety needs on the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Industrial warehouse environment.
