Essential Duties:
- Ability to operate phone system to answer calls from offsite customers.
- Support customers over the phone and email.
- Successfully operate all technology provided in accordance with training.
- Respond promptly to customers with phone calls and emails.
- Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with other staff.
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while providing a high level of quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
- Experience with MS Office (bonus if you have a graphic design or printing background!).
