Amazon Workplace Healthy & Safety Program Manager, Field - Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience in Bellevue, Washington

In this role you will own Field support for current Employee Safety Experience programming and manage new pilots or expansions. You will dive deep into injury trends and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of programming on injury rate at the regional/organization level.

You will partner directly with both regional and site stakeholders and are accountable for the overall program strategy for your region/site type. You will work with internal partners to aggregate and deliver data analysis identifying improvement opportunities and proactively define effective plans to realize these opportunities. This role requires leading and owning multi-site projects that have measurable impact on injury metrics, ergonomic risk reduction, and/or Associate health outcomes. You will be responsible for the roll out of new processes and mechanisms, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying improvements.

A day in the life

Your primary focus in this role is to align priorities and barriers at the Business Unit level with upcoming projects and priorities internally. Day to day work will involve cross team partnerships, proposal documentation, upcoming/ongoing project meetings, and issue management for current programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
