You Are: UST is searching for a Technical Project Manager who will perform end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope, within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met, enhancing customer satisfaction. The Opportunity: Manage Operations and Support teams for a large cloud-based application. Own and manage major incidents in production and lower environments as defined by the customers. Track and ensure compliance of various metrics - such as SLA, MTTR, MTTA, MTBF of the application. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure application support activities are completed within the SLAs Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: Should be around 10- 15 years of total experience. Excellent skill set on analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying application/infrastructure issues. Strong knowledge of telemetry & monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, CloudWatch Strong technical background in Java based applications with proficiency in Microservices, REST APIs and Cloud Preferred to have experience in Siebel CRM and dealing with customer-based application platforms and infra. Understanding of GraphDB and GraphQL technologies and their usage Should be able to identify improvement areas, drive automation and transformation initiatives. Passion to learn and adapt with new technologies as per project needs. Should have worked in client facing roles and have excellent communication skills. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Washington Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
