The Technical Product Manager is passionate about developing new products and enhancing our existing product portfolio. They are driven to rapidly launch innovative offerings that provide significant value to our payment partners (such as Financial Institutions, Merchants, Processors, and Emerging Payment Providers) and delight end consumers. This role is for tech-savvy product managers who are passionate about innovating and delivering truly differentiated user experiences for specific marketplaces. The Technical Product Manager will implement the strategy for CyberSource's Product within the Cybersource Payments Team. They will lead the definition of business/Technical requirements and development of a global product roadmap to support CyberSource's Acquirer, Partner, Merchant, and Portfolio businesses. Essential Functions: Custodian for the new technology repository of business rules to ensure reusability and scalability. Reviewer and accountable owner for gatekeeping common rules and maintaining their integrity. Training the new hires and shared accountability until their first project is successful. Continually seeking synergies among different roadmap items and recommending faster time-to-market strategies. Defining end-to-end solutions to enable new payment solutions and partner integrations in different markets. Participating and approving in product demos to ensure product features are correctly understood and implemented. Collaborating with business teams, development, data scientists, and data modeling teams to evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products that align with business strategy. Defining and implementing strategies for rapidly building new integrations with payment processors in different markets. Additional Information: Work Hours:Flexible, based on department needs. Travel Requirements:This position requires 5-10% travel. Work Environment:This position will be in an office setting and will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
