The Supply Chain IT team manages systems to ensure devices and accessories are delivered from T-Mobile distribution center to over 7,000+ retail stores to meet customer demand. The team manages planning, procurement, distribution, inventory, and returns using enterprise level systems such as o9 Planning system, SAP ERP system, Digital Layer (Java, JSON, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL, API, etc.). What You'll Do A Supply Chain Analyst Intern will work with Product Manager/Owner to understand business requirements on a specific initiative within planning or forward/reverse logistics area. This individual will be responsible for translating functional requirements into technical requirements and will be developing low level design under the direction of a technical lead. The individual will then create user stories and develop/update swagger for completing the work within each sprint. This individual will collaborate with technical team members and business stakeholders to enhance/transform existing supply chain processes using emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product Owner/Manager to understand functional requirements within supply chain Engage in low level design for developing or modifying the swagger or API Create user stories and tasks for technical activities to be completed during each sprint Promote the code from development to integrated test environment for quality testing What It Takes Bachelor in Computer Science/Management Information System Ability to write technical design documents Ability to meet the commitments made to the product manager/owner Familiarity with supply chain management or processes Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
