This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like We are a team of Engineering product managers that work on T-Mobile for Business products such as Archival Service, Push to Talk, and Multiline and consumer applications like Voicemail and ScamShield. We play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of these products with the T-Mobile 5G core network. Additionally, we ensure that metrics are in place to measure the success and growth of these products. What You'll Do You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in product management and contributing to the launch and integration of innovative business solutions. You will also help in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure the continued success and growth of our products. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and integration of network products and solutions. Collaborate with senior network engineers to create new requirements to use ML models to identity issues Collaborate with senior network engineers to analyze and resolve network-related problems. Participate in network testing and validation processes. What It Takes Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or Product Management Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
