The Voice of Driver research and insights team relentlessly advocates for Amazon Flex Delivery Partners (DPs) to continually improve the holistic experience of delivering with Amazon Flex. We listen wherever drivers speak, and leverage data and anecdotes to influence the prioritization, creation, and refinement of policies and services designed to delight our DPs.

At Amazon we are looking for a Program Manager within Driver Experience research and insights team. This is a research role for a leader who can work independently on global quantitative and qualitative projects with diverse internal stakeholders across the business. The job will span E2E management of both custom projects sponsored by stakeholders to prepare for feature launches and monthly tracking studies that study broad sentiment trends across the business.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with business, marketing and operations stakeholders to define and execute custom research tools that improve the Amazon Flex Delivery Partner Experience.
Plan and conduct a regular cadence of focus groups and surveys at both strategic and highly tactical grains.
End-to-end ownership of key feedback mechanisms and insights; including deep dives with driver populations and other subgroups through the ongoing In-App Question program dataset.
Engage actively with Amazon Flex country leadership globally.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
