Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Senior Product Owners located in Bellevue, WA will provide business and systems level consultancy to the Digital Product team in support of the Identity, Authentication and Registration platform. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Will have a deep understanding of the customer experience and technical aspects of the authentication and authorization domain. Liaise with Product Managers to intake requests for new authentication capabilities and to plan and drive execution thereof with the supporting development teams. Build and maintain agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog with input from various team members. Collaborate with agile teams and business owners to write user stories and requirements that include acceptance criteria and acceptance tests. Review and prioritize the backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Product Owners. Review and assess enabler work, understand scope of the upcoming enabler work and will collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the technical infrastructures. Act as the primary resource to Technical (Dev) team and customer team for user story details. Lead and maintain efficient flow of user story refinement activities throughout execution. Participate in team demo with primary responsibility of reviewing and accepting completed user stories. Validate the stories which meet the acceptance criteria and team's Definition of Done (DoD). Participate in Iteration Retrospective, where teams gather to improve their processes. Support the Agile Release Train's (ART) Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshop, and act as key participant in the authentication domain strategic planning. Handle an instrumental role in producing the demo for program partners. Coordinate user story, functional, and technical details with other Product Owners throughout each iteration and Program Increment. Collaborate and consult strategically with business teams, colleagues, technical SMEs and management to resolve issues and achieve goals. Lead special authentication program initiatives and mentor more junior Product Owners. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and work in the T-Mobile office at least 3 days per week. Skill requirements: Working in an Identity Access Management domain, including supporting the following functionality and standards: Authentication, Authorization and Role Management, Multi Factor Authentication, Session and Token Management, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, OpenID, SCIM protocols, and Encryption Techniques for Security. Performing the role of Product Owner for multiple develop teams in various technical stacks, to include web, API, and application SDK development. Assisting with technical product strategy & planning and driving the execution of new capabilities to meet KPIs. Breaking down requested new application capabilities into technical components in order to write and plan new features and functional and technical stories by utilizing hands-on knowledge in Cloud based platforms, Microservices, RES
