The Sr. Paralegal - eDiscovery Specialist is responsible for managing a wide range of eDiscovery tools, workflows, cases, and will provide support on Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) processes to the T-Mobile litigation team responding to litigation and investigation information requests. What you'll do in your role. Create and maintain litigation support databases and data repositories. Compile, process, and prepare ESI for review and production using litigation support software in compliance with legal and case requirements. Understand eDiscovery tools and the use of Boolean search and other syntax to analyze metadata. Manage multiple electronic discovery projects using Relativity software in-house and with outside vendors. Track productions and manage data logs. Interface with T-Mobile litigators as case managers for eDiscovery work. Assist in-house and outside counsel with file analysis and research. Participate in custodian interviews as required for the collection of ESI, coordinate collection of ESI data. Draft and issue legal holds. Assist eDiscovery team on special eDiscovery projects as directed by manager. The experience you'll bring. A high degree of maturity, professionalism, and discretion, including ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding work matters. Someone who is detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency and pride in getting things accomplished. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills who is willing to take on a wide range of tasks to support the team and who is comfortable working with a variety of professional styles and personalities. Advanced skills using MS Office Suite and a fluency in various digital tools and emerging technologies. Proven experience working with electronic discovery and litigation support tools and practices, including knowledge of standards, rules, and industry trends, as well as eDiscovery support services and technologies.
