The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in helping our business leaders by identifying and delivering new business opportunities for T-Mobile and our customers. Job Responsibilities: Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships including development of key economic, business, and operational terms; negotiate and execute contracts with these partnerships; and manage their evolution. Scout, identify and/or create new business opportunities and partnerships: a) identify and analyze complex market/business opportunities, b) evaluate key players and technologies, c) assess customer and market opportunities, d) develop differentiated product/service strategies, e) create potential economic/financial/business models, f) make T-Mobile recommendations, and g) develop business relationships to create new strategic partners. Manage senior-level relationships with internal customers and with key players in the mobile industry - both in established and emerging segments and ecosystems. Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T-Mobile's core strategy. Provide strategic analysis and guidance (economic/financial, customer and market opportunities, key players and technologies, potential business models, T-Mobile fit, etc.) for a multitude of sectors and domains. Formulate recommendations and lead reviews of new opportunities, technologies, business models etc., to cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field Work Experience: 7-10+ years business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries. Broad industry experience and/or Telecommunications industry experience a plus. Strong business acumen with a constructive and proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in a results-driven, entrepreneurial work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Negotiation skills incorporating overall business objectives in developing strategy and decisions Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to build trust through cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals Excellent judgment, discretion with sensitive information, mature personality, and experience working and communicating with executives Confident and experienced in Financial Analysis and demonstrated financial acumen Executive maturity and ability to lead at all levels Highly motivated and self-directed, thrives while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results driven environment * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Re
