The Senior Analyst, Finance is a key member of the T-Mobile Consumer Base Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for forecasting, planning and analysis of TMUS Consumer Voice disconnect and churn activity. This individual will focus on providing insight and support to leadership on disconnect and churn trends and associated operational drivers. This individual will be required to interface with diverse groups within T-Mobile including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Operations, Care, Customer Experience and Finance peers within FP&A. Continuing and enhancing current modeling and forecasting processes and procedures will be a key element in the role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills along with demonstrated modeling and forecasting capabilities. Accuracy, process improvement and efficient time management are critical for success in this role. Support budgeting and forecasting of Consumer Voice disconnects and churn. Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes. Size risks and opportunities. Provide actionable insights around trends. Present findings to the Consumer Base team. Create and maintain complex models. Gather and analyze data sets that support weekly outlook and monthly forecast updates. Proactively seek out enhancements of data sets that drive continuous improvement in modeling. Process management including weekly and monthly data loads into primary systems and maintenance of shared files. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in forecasting and analysis including KPI management and variance analysis Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative discipline Experience building and managing complex models Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in data mining and analytics software. Examples include MS SQL Server, Teradata, Power BI and Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in an ambiguous and fast paced environment requiring flexibility and creativity in problem solving approach to meet the needs of the business Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner Desired Qualification: Wireless Telecom experience preferred. #LI-Hybrid #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range: $87,300 - $118,100 o The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
